Once the user journey was fully mapped, Dark Horse built a campaign structure that aligned to each stage of the funnel. They tested different creative approaches to identify which assets drove the highest volume of postcode checks, while also creating segmented campaigns optimised for different custom conversion events to maximise performance throughout the journey.
With this robust structure in place, and after several months of successfully scaling while consistently achieving our CPA targets, they continued to expand the account. Within the account today the strategy includes location-specific campaigns, tailored pricing and network offers, and campaigns optimised for each stage of the customer journey.
The £120 CPA target? Smashed, with a consistent CPA of £98 achieved.
