Fresh Start Waste Services are a business waste management service provider with the environment at the core of their work.
For 20 years, they have been endeavouring to reduce their carbon footprint by encouraging their customers across the North West to segregate their waste, and rewarding efforts with reduced disposal costs.
They brought on Dark Horse to help
clean up their own patch.
When Dark Horse first took over, Fresh Start Waste’s account was in disarray.
Conversions were not properly set up, and the overall structure of their PPC account was disorganised and inefficient. This made it almost impossible to track the effectiveness of their existing PPC campaigns.
As for their website, we conducted a thorough analysis of landing pages across the Fresh Start site and found that they were not optimised for PPC campaigns, and they were sending money down the drain.
We worked closely with Fresh Start Waste to rectify this and redesign the landing pages, making them more user-friendly and focused on driving conversions. Last but by no means least, we uncovered issues with their submission form, so collaborated with them to improve its usability and effectiveness.
Dark Horse slashed Fresh Start Waste Services’ cost per acquisition and skyrocketed their conversion rate to 35%
Through our strategic optimisations and ongoing management, we achieved a 13% decrease in Fresh Start Waste Services’ cost per acquisition, and a 35% increase in their conversion rate.
Our work also resulted in sustained growth for Fresh Start Waste Services throughout the year.
Once we took over their account, they saw a consistent month-over-month increase in conversions for seven out of 12 months when compared to the previous period. And in four of those seven months, they also saw a decrease in cost per acquisition.
