Tom comes from a background in high-level sports partnerships and a philosophy forged in the heat of a Michelin Star London restaurant.

Background Texture

Tom’s career in business development was built at ETM Group, where he created and strengthened partnerships with some of sport’s biggest names, including Ligue 1+, Cardiff City FC, Racing Post, The Jockey Club and the Barmy Army, while working directly with the NFL and their franchises including the Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings.

Before that, running a restaurant in London taught him the most important lesson in sales: people buy from people. If the experience is smooth, enjoyable and easy, they’ll keep coming back. Same as a great night out.

Tom joined Dark Horse in May 2026 as Business Development Executive, bringing that same hospitality-led approach.
