Technical Support Executive
Since joining Dark Horse a year ago, erin has gained a breadth of knowledge from the PPC and SEO experts across the teams to create detailed audits  and help grow our client base.
Erin started in the agency world on the business development side, helping marketing, PR, and advertising agencies by identifying new business opportunities and connecting them with senior decision-makers across a wide range of sectors.
She then went on to work freelance at a music publisher where she gained hands-on experience in SEO, digital content creation, and e-commerce optimisation.
Erin brings this experience, as well as her analytical mindset and problem-solving skills from her studies, to the pre-sale side of Dark Horse, collaborating with almost all our internal teams to analyse strengths and weaknesses from a variety of channels, and provide strategic recommendations to potential clients.
