Megan has over 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a background in the traditional media environment.
Megan has over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles across a wide range of sectors. She’s originally from Ireland and built her career in a traditional media environment with the Irish Times Group (Irish Examiner), where she delivered large revenue sales and worked on everything from new business to events.
To further her knowledge, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Science, making her a bit of an expert on the psychology behind why people actually buy.
She joined Dark Horse in April 2026 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on rescuing brands from the vanity metrics circus. Megan loves winning new clients who are exhausted by empty promises from previous agencies. She specialises in dismantling the jargon, having the craic and replacing boring pitch decks with aggressive ROI.
Outside of the office, Megan has a background in acting and holds LAMDA qualifications. This means she’s an excellent communicator who ensures her clients get total transparency, and none of the corporate boredom.
