This is a client guardianship and relationship role, not project management or day-to-day contact. You are the monthly to quarterly presence clients come to trust and the play maker the Head of Client Services relies on to keep the engine running.
We’re after someone who cannot stand a dropped bollock, takes a pride in keeping every account on track, and genuinely gives a toss about clients getting the results they were promised.
