Jon brings over 20 years of experience in the agency world, where his pragmatic approach to solving client challenges and fostering strong cross-team collaboration has helped build long-lasting client-agency partnerships.

His client-facing experience spans both B2C and B2B markets, working with a diverse range of high-profile brands including Aldi, Nestlé, Kingfisher, Bensons for Beds, Wickes, John Lewis, Very, and AkzoNobel.
In addition to his work with established brands, Jon has also collaborated closely with startups, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges involved in bringing new businesses to market. He has worked extensively within the domestic Chinese market and has successfully led the launch of new brands in the UK as well.
