Bethany Rana Martin

After graduating in 2021, Bethany began her career with a local startup Marketing agency. Here, she gained experience in a variety of services, such as organic social, email marketing, copywriting etc. Having developed her skills across these services, Bethany was ready to apply herself to a more focused role where she could eventually become an expert. Then she was introduced to Paid Social at Dark Horse.

Bethany has now been a part of the Dark Horse team for almost a year and works closely with the Head of Paid Social, Matt Hurst, to deliver successful campaigns for our clients. Her role involves building and optimising campaigns, campaign strategy, and content creation. Through applying her existing skills, and implementing her learnings from ongoing training, Bethany has already generated strong performances in the campaigns she manages.
