Business Development Manager
Gavin has worked around digital marketing for over six years, gaining experience across a wide range of sectors and client challenges. Since joining Dark Horse over a year ago, he’s become a key player in the agency’s growth — both by bringing in new business and by fostering strong, long-term relationships with ambitious brands.
With a degree in History, Gavin  has a natural ability to understand context, ask the right questions, and uncover the stories behind the data. He brings that same curiosity and strategic thinking into every client conversation — whether it’s an early discovery call or a multi-channel pitch.
He’s been instrumental in Dark Horse’s evolution over the past 12 months, playing a central role in onboarding new clients and supporting the agency’s biggest wins to date — including securing the largest retainer in the company’s history.
From ecommerce to education, B2B to lifestyle brands, he’s worked across a wide spectrum of industries and knows what it takes to build trust, deliver value, and help businesses scale. He’s genuinely excited to be part of Dark Horse’s next chapter — and whatever the future holds, you can count on him to be right at the front, driving it forward.
