Matt has 10 years’ Â experience supporting and consulting brands of all sizes, from scaling startups to the world’s biggest organisations.
Matt joined Dark Horse’s Sales team in September 2025, with 10 years’ experience in a variety of agencies and having developed a deep understanding of the full marketing funnel alongside the martech market.
He specialised in finding new business and supporting a variety of brands across all verticals. In his time, Matt has worked in a plethora of environments from start-up branding agencies to global full-service goliaths and everything in between.
He has a sniper’s focus on how to support brands through digital, whether they’re a FTSE 100 or a challenger – leading with an audience-first approach.
Matt is also co-founder of Castra, a sustainable streetwear brand rooted in subculture & music, creating a space for artists to amplify their passions, and aiming to help keep culture alive.Â
